ReplyDeleteHow Ward paved the road. Nancy Ward was awarded the title “Beloved Woman” in 1756, then in 1772 she rescued an English person named Lydia Bean. In 1819 she opened an inn with a different husband called Bryan Ward. Then when 1824 hit Ward died (dying did not pave the road)
Showing the road was paved. In 1846 Anthony began teaching for $110 every year when she noticed she was payed less than men. In 1851, she met a person named Cady Stanton (do not know what links up with that in her paved road). In 1868 she created “The Revolution Paper.” In 1869, she put the pieces of the National Woman’s Suffrage Association together. In 1872 she voted against the law and was fined because of it. In 1905, she met with the President Roosevelt. One year later Anthony died.
Nancy Ward paved the road, made a walkway, or made the boards to put on the bridge so that Susan B. Anthony could build that bridge, cross that bridge and build the next.

Anthony spoke to the U.S. Congress asking for an amendment to the Constitution that would allow women the right to vote. After all her accomplishments she sadly died in 1906.
