Bottle tops and rubber bands,
Empty boxes, varied brands.
Plastic tubs and sticky tape,
Last Halloween's black Vampire cape.
Cardboard tubes and burst balloons,
Assorted bent and broken spoons.
Three magazines, my sister's shoes,
(I took them whilst she had a snooze.)
My winter gloves, a paper bag,
A flapping pirate castle flag.
A pot of glue, some old pen tops,
And two of my mum's kitchen mops.
A pile that's twice as high as me,
A diverse heap, as you can see.
I scratch my head as I begin,
What was I going to build again?

If I could build a dream car and drive it all day. It would have a can body and skewer to hook the wheels. I would love it so much becaus it would go 90 to nothing past those other petty cars.My car will be called the pretty pink. This all about my dream CAR!!! By:Anna Kate Goff

DeleteMy dream car is a experiment car. It will at least go 5 feet. Hopefully it will not go to fast but not to slow. I will have clay in the bottle caps. My ingredients are 1 piece of cardboard, 4 toothpicks, 4 bottle caps, and 1 long rubber band. by Claire

DeleteMy dream cars name is the dominator. It can go over 5 feet . It is going to be silver with black stripes. It can use any rubber band. I will us bottle caps for wheels. I just have to thank Mrs. Belinda and Mrs. Jessie for teaching me all this great stuff.

My dream car would not be very big. It would have 2 straws, 4 toothpicks, and some wheels that I don’t think will come off.I will us a small rubber band to power the axles. At the end, after the cars are made for distance I will decorate it with red that says Cardinals Baseball.Dean

DeleteMy dream car is a very simple car.A usual car and and it could just be a normal car, really. I just want a car that has a straw middle and a toothpick axel.I want wheels that won’t come off,that don’t make to much friction so my car will move about five feet.Cute little bottle caps all in there little places.Maybe,just maybe my dream car is right in front of me.I could have CD wheels and a little carton body.I just want a simple car that moves, not pretty and decorated,just regular. DeleteMy dream car is awsome. I hope it will go at least 2 feet. I will use a medium size rubber band. The wheels will be CDs. I really hope that my wheels don’t come off. I know it will be very complicated but all I want to do is make a car and thank Ms. Belinda for letting us do this. My car will have toothpicks for axels. I will do my best to make it the best as if I were to enter it into a competition.
